About Trimpley Anglers Association

Trimpley Angling Association was formed in 1981 by a group of local anglers mainly for the coarse fishing. A licence was obtained from Severn Trent Water Authority to fish the waters. The club continued to thrive and expand thus creating this angling club.

The Trimpley Angling Association is a limited company run by an elected committee, which holds annual general meetings to discuss members views and opinions and vote in accordance on issues raised.  The club holds a good relationship with S T W A, having an ongoing licence to fish all year round.

Trimpley Angling Association has a strong membership of both fly and coarse fishermen.  Some have been in the association from the beginning. We are friendly club willing to share our knowledge with one another. The fly fishing anglers, some will undertake some tutorial lessons if one is a novice!!
